1996. Established in Zagreb, Croatia by Ivan Herjavec. First business was an exclusive distributionship of Lacoste apparel for Croatia.

1997. First Lacoste Store opened in Zagreb in cooperation with a joint-venture partner.

1998. Bosnia-Herzegovina included in Consule business with Lacoste. Consule opens its first store, the Lacoste Store in the Westin Zagreb Hotel.

1999. Consule signs a distribution agreement for Lacoste footwear for all former Yugoslav markets.

2002. A year of big investments in retail operations (becoming more involved in retail than in wholesale in Croatia). Consule buys the most attractive retail unit location in Dubrovnik, in the main street of the old town. First High Club Store (own retail concept) opened in Split (Mercator Center).

2004. Consule buys a building in Frankopanska Street in Zagreb. At this location Consule later opens freestanding stores (Lacoste and ck Calvin Klein). A distribution agreement with Cacharel signed.

2005. Lacoste Flagship Store opened in Split, on the most popular Pjaca Square.

2006. Consule signs a distribution agreement with Calvin Klein for all former Yugoslav markets. Calvin Klein Jeans Stores opened in Opatija and Split.

2007. First ck Calvin Klein Store opened in Zagreb, in Frankopanska Street. A few months later first ck Calvin Klein Store opened in Budapest. In the same year first Calvin Klein Jeans Stores opened in Belgrade and Zagreb. Juicy Couture joins the Consule family and is sold exclusively in High Club Stores.

2008. A great year for the Company: Consule signs Licensing Agreement with ellesse for 16 countries in CEE & SEE, distribution agreement with Speedo for Croatia and Slovenia and distribution agreement with Boxfresh for 16 countries in CEE&SEE. Consule International Vienna office established. New Corporate Building Project started.
